The Graph Of Human Diseases

I wanted to learn more about how diseases are interconnected. I stumbled upon this link which gave me access to the data required to examine this type of network. A visualisation has already been done but I wanted to look at various structures on my own. First without labels for background candy:

You can see the clusters of cancers in the bottom right; colon cancer the most dominant of them all. If we zoom up on a particular area we can see sub-networks. Here is a zoom of the diabetes section of the graph. Alzheimers and dementia are well connected which links together obesity and asthma as one would expect. Everyone knows someone affected by something in this graph and so it is good to visualise how affiliated particular diseases are with other diseases.
